Vlogalicious '08

Some things can be hard work, but just because they're so much fun to be a part of, they only give you more energy. When I was young I used to have that with the flower parade - Bloemencorso - in the town I used to live. I would stay up all night pricking flowers to a rediculously ginormous parade wagon and almost be too tired the next day to enjoy the parade itself. But boy was I proud when 'my' wagon came riding by.

I just started working on the Vlogalicious '08 event and I have that feeling all over again. It's all very exciting. Keep an eye out for this one! More about Vlogalicious soon to come.

Life 2.0

Friends are the weirdest things. When you visit them, they say such odd things as 'I never speak to you at msn anymore', or 'how am I supposed to keep track of you when you only update your weblog, like, every six months?', or 'you never reply to my scraps at Hyves'.

Well, you know what you guys, I've been busy.

With what you ask? Why, with microvlogging! So if you really want to know what's going on in that little, crazy head of mine at any time of day, simply follow me on Twitter. This is where I let the world in on my thoughts. This is a random selection of thoughts (some are in Dutch, sorry):

"Goedemoggel twitterland"

"Is twitter een manier van Het Systeem om ons te laten wennen aan een toekomst waarin Big Brother je gedachten kan lezen?"

"
How do you spell interview? *brain fart*"

"cash flow problemen maar dan met mandarijnen. er komen er meer binnen dan we kunnen verwerken, ze beginnen al voorzichtigjes te schimmelen"

"Flash Gordon theme song buzzing in my head. Annoying. Flash! Ahaaaaa savior of the universe!"

"
Marketing manager van een groot internationaal chemiebedrijf tijdens persconferentie: 'In my opinion the world is global.' ... :/"

So please, friends, start a Twitter account so I know what you guys are up to and you can follow my each and every useless thought, like Erwblo, Slijterijmeisje, Ome Jelle and Sinterklaas.
